I've been a CEO, a strategy leader, and a DEI leader, holding global and APAC roles over a 20+ year corporate career. In all these roles, I kept seeing the benefits to both business and people that a shorter work week could bring. 

So, I founded Productivity Bargain to help businesses create more productive, happier workplaces via sustainable work practices.

I want to help businesses be bold and address some of the challenges they face:

• creating space to do great work
• supporting the wellbeing of their people.

I used my experience in leadership and change management to develop the Productivity Bargain program, tools, and coaching, to make it easy for you to reap the many benefits of a shorter work week.
