- Video-based guidance through the six stages to implement your productivity bargain
- 3 x coaching hours with a Productivity Consultant, to be used when needed. Typically, clients use coaching to:
- sharpen goals and business case for a shorter work week in their organisation
- support employee engagement in the process
- brainstorm productivity improvements.
- Comprehensive toolkit to design and implement your shorter work week, including:
- Structured questions and probes to sharpen your thinking and prioritise productivity opportunities
- PowerPoint templates for introducing your thinking to stakeholders
- Focus group discussion guide for employee engagement
- (Optional) survey of employees pre- and post- productivity bargain pilot.
- 6-month membership of the Productivity Bargain Community ā€“ engage with our shorter work week network
